Delegations hosted to protocol, not to improvisation.

Not thisWe are not a security provider and we do not represent any government. We coordinate protocol and ground operations around the parties who do.

What it costs, what we do not control

PER VISIT

One figure for the visit, set against the order of proceedings. Motorcade vehicles, venue fees, interpreters and permits are passed through at cost with the receipts attached.

What sits outside our control

Limit 01

What that means in practicePolice escorts and road closures are granted by the authority, not by us. We apply and report what was granted.

Limit 02

What that means in practiceAirport formalities for an official arrival follow the airport's own protocol on the day.

Limit 03

What that means in practiceWhere the visiting detail sets a route or a vehicle order, we coordinate to it rather than overrule it.

One movement, as it ran

A two-day official visit

Times are real, the client is not named, and nothing here needed a second phone call.

The movement, hour by hour

  1. D-3Rank and delegation size in. Order of proceedings drafted and sent to both sides.
  2. D-1Routes driven, venue walked, vehicle order fixed with the visiting detail.

Questions and the ask

Do you provide the security detail?

No. We coordinate with the detail the delegation brings, or with a licensed provider held on file, and we stay accountable for the plan around them.

Can you work alongside a ministry's own protocol officer?

That is the usual arrangement. They set the protocol, we run the ground against it and keep one written version everybody works from.

Tell us who is visiting

Rank, delegation size and dates. The order of proceedings follows within a day, in writing, for both sides to agree.

A named person replies, 24 hours a day. One car or a forty-person visit is answered the same way, with no minimum.
