Roadshow & Investor Tour Management

Twelve cities, six days, one run sheet and one number.

Multi-city investor tours and non-deal roadshows run from one desk - London, Zurich, Geneva, Paris, Milan, New York, Singapore and Tel Aviv. Hotels are chosen for the morning walk rather than the review score.

What is included

What the tour includes

A roadshow is not twelve trips. It is one movement with twelve doors, and it is planned as one.

Not thisWe do not book the meetings and we do not make introductions. The calendar stays with your team or your bank; the days between the meetings are ours.

What it costs, what we do not control

PER TOUR DAY

One figure per city day covering the desk, the ground and the day sheets. Flights, charter, rooms and venue costs are passed through at cost with the invoices attached.

What sits outside our control

Limit 01

What that means in practiceMeeting times belong to the investors. We plan around the calendar we are given, and re-cut it when it moves.

Limit 02

What that means in practiceSlot availability and curfews at private fields set what a charter day can hold, not the schedule.

Limit 03

What that means in practiceA city with a national holiday or a closed market day is flagged before the route is priced, not after.

One movement, as it ran

Six days, five cities

Times are real, the client is not named, and nothing here needed a second phone call.

The movement, hour by hour

  1. D-7Calendar in. Route priced with the two tight connections named.
  2. D-1Day sheets issued to each traveller: times, plates, addresses, desk number.
  3. D2 11:20Zurich meeting overruns 35 minutes. Afternoon re-cut once, from the desk.
  4. D2 12:05Car and the Geneva leg moved. Both travellers told what changed.
Questions and the ask

What happens when one meeting overruns?

The desk re-cuts the rest of the day once - car, route and any leg at risk - and tells each traveller what changed rather than asking them to work it out.

Can you take over a tour that has already started?

Yes. Send the remaining calendar and the confirmations you hold. We rebuild the ground from the next city onward.

Send the meeting calendar

Cities, dates and the first and last meeting each day. We come back with a route, a figure and the connections that worry us.

A named person replies, 24 hours a day. One car or a forty-person visit is answered the same way, with no minimum.

  • 01Cities and dates
  • 02First and last meeting each day
  • 03Travellers, and who moves separately

Staffed directly across Israel, Europe, Americas, Asia Pacific - the cities are listed on all services. Anywhere else the desk still runs it, with the partner named before the movement.
