Health & Wellness Coordination

Specialist appointments booked before you need them, not after.

Specialist and second-opinion appointments, annual and preventive check-up cycles, dental and optical, physiotherapy and recovery days, wellness stays and clinics in Europe, Israel, the Americas and Asia. Appointments are held to your travel calendar rather than fitted around it.

Named coordinatorYour clinician list, language preference, review cycle and the last appointments booked.

What it costs, what we do not control

INCLUDED IN THE DESK FEE

Arranging appointments is part of the standing line. Clinician fees, clinic charges and pharmacy costs are yours and are passed through at cost with the invoice attached.

What sits outside our control

Limit 01

What that means in practiceA clinician's first available date is theirs to set. We shorten it where a relationship allows and say the real date where it does not.

Limit 02

What that means in practiceInsurers, not the desk, decide what a policy covers. We provide the paperwork; the decision is theirs.

Limit 03

What that means in practiceRecords stay with you and the clinician. We can carry a sealed envelope, never a copy.

One movement, as it ran

A check-up cycle, planned rather than reacted to

Times are real, the client is not named, and nothing here needed a second phone call.

The movement, hour by hour

  1. Week 1Specialty and city in. Three clinicians named, with dates against each.
  2. Week 2Appointment held to the travel calendar, interpreter confirmed in writing.
  3. On the dayCar to the clinic door, waiting kept, pharmacy collected afterwards.
  4. Same weekNext review already in the diary, with the reminder set on the account.
Questions and the ask

Can you get an appointment faster than we can?

Sometimes, where a clinic holds slots for accounts we already use. Where it cannot be shortened we say the real date instead of chasing it for a week.

Will you sit in on the appointment?

Only if you ask, and only for language and logistics. The consultation is between you and the clinician.

Named contactGCS

Name the specialty

A specialty and a city is enough. We come back with clinicians who can actually see you, and dates.

A named person replies, 24 hours a day. One car or a forty-person visit is answered the same way, with no minimum.

  • 01The specialty or check-up
  • 02City and window
  • 03Language preference

Staffed directly across Israel, Europe, Americas, Asia Pacific - the cities are listed on all services. Anywhere else the desk still runs it, with the partner named before the movement.
