Movement

Arrival & Departure

Met at the gate, through the terminal, kerbside in minutes.

We hold your flight number and watch the aircraft rather than the published schedule - at Heathrow, JFK, Dubai, Ben Gurion and wherever you touch down. Departures work the reverse way, timed from live road data rather than an average.

What is included

What the desk holds on an arrival

Where something depends on a border rule we do not control, the row says so.

Not thisThis is not airline representation. We cannot open a passport lane that a state has closed, and we say so before you plan around it.

What it costs, what we do not control

PER MOVEMENT

One figure per arrival or departure, set before the flight and held even if the aircraft lands late. Airport fees and permits are passed through at cost with the receipt attached.

What sits outside our control

Limit 01

What that means in practicePassport control and fast-track depend on the airport's own rules on the day, not on us.

Limit 02

What that means in practicePrivate terminals are held subject to slot availability at that field.

Limit 03

What that means in practiceA diversion moves the movement; we re-cut it, but the new airport sets the ground.

One movement, as it ran

A Thursday arrival at Heathrow

Times are real, the client is not named, and nothing here needed a second phone call.

The movement, hour by hour

  1. 18:10Flight lands 34 minutes early. Staff already at the gate.
  2. 18:26Bags identified on the belt while the party clears control.
  3. 18:41Kerbside. Named driver, plate sent the night before.
  4. 19:20Ground time reported to the desk and to the assistant.
Questions and the ask

What happens if the flight is diverted?

The desk re-plans while you are still in the air: new airport, new driver, new route, and a message telling you what has been done rather than asking what you want.

Can you meet a party arriving on separate flights?

Yes. Each flight is watched separately and the cars are timed to the last one that matters, not to an average of the two.

Send the flight number

That is enough to start. Everything else can follow while we watch the aircraft.

A named person replies, 24 hours a day. One car or a forty-person visit is answered the same way, with no minimum.

  • 01Flight number and date
  • 02How many travelling
  • 03Where the car goes afterwards

Staffed directly across Israel, Europe, Gulf, Americas, Asia Pacific - the cities are listed on all services. Anywhere else the desk still runs it, with the partner named before the movement.
