Terms of engagement
Global Concierge Solutions Ltd · company 516135407 · reviewed 9 August 2026
01Who you are contracting with
Global Concierge Solutions Ltd (company number 516135407), trading as GCS, of Israel. One desk, reached on +972 50-666-6444 or at Eran.globalcs@gmail.com. These terms govern the arrangements we make for you and sit alongside our privacy notice, which explains what we do with the details a booking requires.
02Engagement
A request becomes an engagement when GCS confirms it in writing with a reference number. Nothing is booked, held or promised before that confirmation. Quotes stand for 48 hours unless a supplier's own terms require otherwise, and we say so at the time when they do.
03Fees, VAT and payment
Our fee is quoted per engagement and stated in the confirmation, separately from the cost of the bookings themselves. Prices are quoted excluding Israeli VAT, which is added at the statutory rate where the law requires it; where you are billed outside Israel we state on the invoice whether VAT applies and why. Supplier costs are passed through at the amount charged to us, and we tell you before booking where a supplier's deposit is non-refundable.
04Cancellation and your consumer rights
Our own fee is refundable up to 24 hours before the first booked movement. Beyond that we hold what covers the work already done and refund the rest. Where you are a consumer engaging us in Israel, the cancellation rights in the Consumer Protection Law apply to our service in addition to anything written here, and nothing in these terms limits them. Two limits are worth stating plainly: the statutory right applies to our engagement, not to the terms of a hotel, airline or charter operator we booked for you at your instruction; and a service arranged for a date within the statutory notice window is treated as it is under that law. Where a supplier's deposit is already committed, we recover what can be recovered and account to you for it in writing.
05Third-party suppliers
Where we book on your behalf, the supplier's contract governs that service. We disclose who they are, send you their terms before booking where those terms bind you, and hold them to the standard we agreed with you. We do not act as the carrier, hotelier, operator or medical provider, and we do not resell their liability.
06Corporate and mission bookings
Where a company, embassy or mission engages us for its own people, that organisation is our client and is responsible for having the authority to give us its staff's details and for having told them what those details are used for. We will provide our privacy notice to any traveller who asks, and we will act on a traveller's own request about their own data. Invoicing and instructions run through the organisation unless it tells us otherwise in writing.
07Confidentiality
We do not disclose that you are a client, where you went, who you met or what was arranged. Staff are bound to the same. We publish no name and no logo without written permission. This survives the end of an engagement without a time limit.
08Conduct
We decline requests that are unlawful, that put staff or third parties at risk, that require us to misrepresent a client to a supplier or a border authority, or that ask us to move something we are not permitted to move. Declining is not a breach of these terms on our part, and any fee already paid for work not performed is returned.
09Liability
We are liable for our own acts and omissions up to the value of the fees paid to us for the affected booking. We are not liable for the acts, delays or failures of a supplier you instructed us to book, nor for events outside anyone's control - weather, closures, strikes, security incidents, or a decision by a border or aviation authority. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by Israeli law, including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. We hold public liability and professional indemnity insurance and will produce certificates on request.
10Site content
The text, photographs, marks and figures on this website belong to Global Concierge Solutions Ltd or are used with permission, and are not licensed for reuse. The client marks shown on this site are the property of their owners and appear as a record of work performed. Nothing on this website is an offer, a price, or a guarantee of availability; the confirmation is.
11Complaints
Raise it with the desk first, on +972 50-666-6444 or at Eran.globalcs@gmail.com. We answer in writing and say what we will do. If that does not resolve it, the courts named below are open to you, and where the complaint concerns your personal data the routes in our privacy notice apply.
12Governing law
The laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo. Where you engage us as a consumer resident in the EU or the UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence.
13Changes
These terms were last reviewed on 9 August 2026. The version that governs an engagement is the version in force when we confirmed it.
