Crisis & Disruption

Cancellations, closures and medical events, taken off your hands.

A cancelled flight at 23:40, an airspace closure, a hospital admission in a city where nobody speaks the language, a passport gone at a border. The duty desk owns the problem from the first call.

Duty officerMedical, security and next-of-kin details already on file, and authority to spend.

What the duty desk owns

The first twenty minutes decide the rest. These rows exist so they are not spent looking for a phone number.

What it costs, what we do not control

RETAINED OR ON THE NIGHT

Retained accounts carry no call-out figure. Off retainer, the first hour is worked and then quoted before anything is committed on your behalf.

What sits outside our control

Limit 01

What that means in practiceAirspace, borders and hospital admission rules are set by states, not by us.

Limit 02

What that means in practiceInsurers approve repatriation on their own timetable; we run the alternative in parallel.

Limit 03

What that means in practiceWe do not act as a medical authority. We stand up the people who are.

One movement, as it ran

A hospital admission abroad

Times are real, the client is not named, and nothing here needed a second phone call.

The movement, hour by hour

  1. 23:40One call in. What happened, and where you are.
  2. 00:15Clinic identified, interpreter en route, family on one thread.
  3. 01:30Two routes home priced, each with a time and a figure.
  4. 07:00Ground legs re-cut. A named person reports until it closes.
Questions and the ask

Do we need a retained account to call in a crisis?

No. The duty desk takes the call either way. Retained accounts have their medical, security and next-of-kin details already on file, which removes the first twenty minutes.

How fast can you actually move someone out?

It depends on the sector and the airspace, not on us. You get real times and real figures within the first hour instead of a promise.

Call, do not write

At the hour it goes wrong the number is faster than any form. Write only if the line is engaged.

A named person replies, 24 hours a day. One car or a forty-person visit is answered the same way, with no minimum.

  • 01Where you are
  • 02What has happened
  • 03Who else is with you

Staffed directly across Israel, Europe, Mediterranean, Gulf, Americas, Asia Pacific - the cities are listed on all services. Anywhere else the desk still runs it, with the partner named before the movement.
