Corporate & Events

Board days, delegations and site visits run to the minute.

Meeting rooms, interpreters, security, catering, transport and a single point of contact for the whole movement - in Zurich, Geneva, New York, Singapore, London or Tel Aviv.

Programme leadThe run sheet, every driver and officer on one thread, and a single number for your team.

Not thisThis is not conference production. We do not build stages or write content; we run the movement, the rooms, the people and the timing around them.

What it costs, what we do not control

PER PROGRAMME

One figure against the run sheet, with vehicles, staff and venues itemised beneath it. Nothing is added after the fact without a written change.

What sits outside our control

Limit 01

What that means in practiceVenue capacity, licensing and security rules are the venue's.

Limit 02

What that means in practiceDelegate visas run on consular time; the run sheet builds that in.

Limit 03

What that means in practiceAirline schedule changes move the ground plan, and the plan is re-issued rather than patched.

Times are real, the client is not named, and nothing here needed a second phone call.

Questions and the ask

Do you replace our travel manager?

No. Tickets and policy stay where they are. We cover the ground the booking tool cannot see.

Can you work alongside our internal events team?

Yes, and often do. They own the agenda and the message; we own arrivals, rooms, cars, security liaison and the timing of the day.

BriefingGCS

Send the delegate list

Even a rough one. We return a run sheet with times, vehicles and a figure against it.

A named person replies, 24 hours a day. One car or a forty-person visit is answered the same way, with no minimum.

  • 01Dates and city
  • 02Rough headcount
  • 03What the days have to achieve

Staffed directly across Israel, Europe, Gulf, Americas, Asia Pacific - the cities are listed on all services. Anywhere else the desk still runs it, with the partner named before the movement.
